How will I complete my AAA training?
With endless exercises, videos, and learnings to understand, allow up to four weeks for each part of Adjust.
Of course, this depends on your level of effort and the speed you work through the programme. Make sure you allow time for reflection and to embed knowledge too.
Leaders typically put aside up to two hours per week for AAA training – whenever it suits them best.
It’s common to experience mindset shifts and behavioural changes before you’ve finished the three parts of AAA Adjust. With renewed focus, you’ll want to put your fresh insights to work straight away.
