To reset your password you can either:

Click on 'Forgot Password?' from the sign in page: 

• You will be asked to enter the email address registered for your account
• Click on 'Send Recovery Info' button
• You will be sent a password recovery link via email
• The link will expire after 6 hours
• Click the link and enter a new password
• Upon submitting you will be logged into your library

From your Library - click on your avatar picture in the header:

• Select 'Settings' in the drop down to access your user account details
• Scroll down to password
• Here you can enter a new password if you know the old one or click on 'Forgot' and you will be emailed a recovery link and follow the same process as above

From your Library click on your avatar picture on the right of the header.

From the drop down select 'Settings'

This will open your user account information.

From here you can update your contact settings / change your password / and update your avatar picture.

From your Library click on the avatar picture on the right of the header.

From the drop down select 'Settings'

Click on 'Change Avatar'

Select the file you want to use from the relevant location

Your Standard Strengthscope® Self Report Profile is provided to you via the Strengthshub® the Strengthscope® platform.

You can login into the StrengthsHub™ using your email address and password provided (if you have forgotten your password you can request a password reset from the login screen).

Once logged in you will see your Strengthscope Wheel on the right of the dashboard and the option to download your report underneath.

Your Strengthscopeleader™ report is emailed to you by HRP once all your rater 360 feedback has been collected. If you haven't received this or need another copy please email [email protected].

To receive your Strengthscope® questionnaire you must first complete the Welcome & Strengthscope® sections of your Leadership Programme. 

When you click 'Complete Lesson' on the 'Say Hello to Strengthscope Lesson' HRP will be notified you are ready to receive your questionnaire. Shortly after you will receive an email from 'Hello@strengthscope' with your login details inviting you to access the Strengthshub.

Questionnaires to be completed sit on the left of the Strengthshub dashboard.

Each lesson that is a practical exercise will include exercise worksheets.

You will find the 'downloads' on the right-hand side of the screen when you have a lesson open. 

There may be a number of different downloads for each lesson. Simply click on the link to download the pdfs. 

Please store your completed worksheets locally, somewhere you can easily find them. 

You may need to refer back to completed worksheets throughout your programme as the topics & lessons build on what you learn and discover. 

The content of your worksheets is personal to you and you do not need to share anything that you are not comfortable sharing. However, you may wish to share learnings with your a coach, your peers, line manager or direct reports. 

Yes if you are part way through your Strengthscope® Questionnaires you are able to save your progress and come back to it.

We so strongly suggest though that you attempt your questionnaires when you know you will be free from interruption. 

You cannot change or review your answers to an assessment as Strengthscope® looks at your most natural response to the statement. However, if you've accidentally clicked on the wrong button and think you have answered the question incorrectly, we can reset the questionnaire for you. 

Please note you will lose any answers you have already submitted and will need to restart from the beginning.

No - your worksheets are personal to you and you are not required to share them. However we do expect that learning and progress will be shared during your group sessions.

Please ensure you store all your completed worksheets somewhere you can easily access them as you will be required to refer back to them as you move forward through your programme. 

If 121s are included in your programme you will be issued with a calendly link to book your session when you reach the appropriate progression point within the programme.

If you have not opted in for 121 coaching but would like to add coaching to your solution please email [email protected] so we can connect you to a coach to discuss your requirements. 

Progress through your Leadership Programme is controlled as a journey.

Modules should be completed in the correct order in order to unlock subsequent modules. 

If you find you have completed the last lesson in a Module and the next Module has not yet unlocked, try refreshing your browser. 

Each lesson has a synopsis which suggests an amount of time that should be spent on each lesson.

Try to give each lesson the time you need to get the most learning benefit.

How much time you spend each day/week on the content is up to you. The content should be progressed at a pace that is right for you.
